A project can’t succeed if the dollars and cents don’t add up. The development costs must be within the budget and once the project is completed the revenues must be sufficient to cover operating costs, debt service and provide an attractive return on investment. We work with clients to prepare and update project budgets for the development, as well as for long-term operations. We also work with clients to structure and obtain project financing, including use of public sources and tax credits where applicable. Our financial services include:
