Joe brings a unique perspective and extraordinary insight to his work on behalf of clients as senior project manager at White + Burke.

With more than 25 years’ experience working on both the public and private sides of land planning and corporate real estate development, Joe provides expert understanding and advice in analyzing and securing sites for development, conducting market and trade area analyses, and successfully navigating the permitting and approval process.

Joe holds a Master of Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Before joining White + Burke, for 13 years Joe was director of real estate for Bruegger’s Bagels, a 300-unit, fast-casual restaurant concept headquartered in Burlington, VT, where he was responsible for managing the real estate holdings of the company in 25 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada.
